Circular Counterflow FRP Cooling Tower
All cooling towers in our company's product introduction are energy-saving, because the motor installation capacity is relatively low among similar cooling towers at home and abroad. The water temperature drop of low-noise and ultra-low-noise cooling towers is generally 3 to 8 degrees Celsius, which is suitable for cooling equipment such as air conditioning and refrigeration.
The ultra-low noise cooling tower adopts a series of noise control measures on the basis of the low noise cooling tower, and the noise value of the standard point is ~5dB(A) lower than the corresponding low noise. It is suitable for places with stricter noise requirements, such as hotels, hospitals, public buildings and occasions close to residential areas.
The industrial type is a medium-high temperature cooling tower, and the water temperature drop is generally 10-25 degrees Celsius.This type adds a series of measures such as tower body diameter, air volume and pressure, power, packing height, etc. Its code is as follows, for example:, DBNL 3 -100 type: D-low noise; B-glass fiber reinforced plastic; N-counterflow; L-cooling tower; 3-The third modified design; 100-The nominal flow rate of standard working condition is 100m 3 /h;
GBNL 3 -100 type: G-industrial type medium and high temperature drop; CDBNL 3 -100 type: CD- is ultra-low noise type;
DBNL 3 J-100 type: J- is the water collection type. (The water pan of the water collection cooling tower is 300~400mm higher than the general type).
DBNL3W-100 type: W- is the type without water collecting tray.(The chassis-less type means no lower tower, which is suitable for installation above the pool, which can save equipment investment and improve the cooling effect.)
Selection and use
When selecting, the water quantity Q, inlet water temperature t 1 , outlet water temperature t 2 and design wet bulb temperature τ should be known, and the model should be determined according to the thermal performance curve.
As far as the cold resistance of the material is concerned, it can be used in areas of -50 degrees Celsius, but for regions where the average temperature of the coldest month is lower than -10 degrees Celsius, the freezing measures should be put forward when ordering, and water guides can be equipped before leaving the factory.
The turbidity of circulating water should not be greater than 50 mg/L, and not more than 100 mg/L in the short term. It should not contain oil and mechanical impurities. If necessary, take measures to kill algae and stabilize water quality.
The basic diagram is for installation reference. The direction of the water inlet and outlet pipes of the large tower is shown in the figure. The small tower can be set at any horizontal position, but it must not touch the foundation. If there is a foundation in the middle, its load should be 25% of the operating weight, and the remaining 75% should be borne by the outer rectangular foundation on average.
For cooling towers smaller than type 125, a support should be provided at the connection between the inlet and outlet pipes connected outside and the cooling tower to prevent excessive weight from pressing on the tower wall.
The water distribution pipes shall be opened according to the nominal flow rate. If the difference between the actual water volume and the nominal flow rate is more than 15%, it shall be explained when ordering, and the opening size shall be changed by the manufacturer. The water pressure of the inlet pipe of the tower is about 2 meters to 5 meters water column.
This product is suitable for water temperature not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius. If it exceeds 60 degrees Celsius, it should be mentioned when ordering, and our factory can solve it in material selection. If you need a flame-retardant cooling tower, you must specify it when ordering, and our factory can also meet the requirements.
