Advantages of electrolyzers:
Long-term impermeability and corrosion-free
The excellent performance of the integral impermeable inner tank reinforced with high-quality vinyl resin multi-layer fibers has been proven by the chemical industry worldwide for more than 40 years to be impermeable and non-corrosive.
Fast, accurate and low-cost installation
Compared with the traditional conventional polymer concrete electrolyzer, the electrolyzer has a special design, which can reduce the installation, arrangement and alignment time of the tank by a quarter, or even more.
Shorter cleaning times and lower water consumption
The internal rounded corner treatment, low slope (optional), smooth and flat inner surface can not only clean thoroughly when cleaning sludge, but also reduce water consumption, so that after each cleaning, it can be quickly restored to use.
Low maintenance cost
The joint of the sealed inner tank and the structural layer is done on the mould, tolerant to trauma and indentation in operation.
Greater degree of operation
The structural layer of the electrolytic cell is lined by a solid external anti-seismic reinforcement block, which constrains the support of the bottom, coupled with a strong internal reinforcement bar network of bidirectional pultruded FRP, which can meet catastrophic events in the cell body.
The key parts are considered together in the tank design
When designing the tank body, it is considered as a whole together with thermal insulation, cover and electrolytic stirring system, which enhances the overall stability, cathode quality and production capacity of the tank chamber.
