The man-machine interface of the equipment is reasonable, and the hoop and intertwining winding processing of the product can be automatically completed by inputting accurate product parameters.
This equipment is generally used for the manufacture of FRP cable pipes, FRP chimneys, sewage pipes, desulfurization towers and other pipes with a winding diameter of Φ50-1500mm, and can also be used for manufacturing linear winding products in other industries. It has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, convenient operation and adjustment, flexible assembly, high production efficiency, multi-purpose, convenient operation, etc., and has broad application prospects.
Control System:
Control System: Cross state (automatic), hoop state (automatic or semi-automatic), forward and reverse winding, emergency stop, stepless speed regulation and other functions, the line shape will not be affected by stepless speed regulation.
